If you want to stay fit in the 5th grade. You could run a mile every  day, push-ups, lunges up a hill, sit ups. The food you could eat, fruits, veggies, chicken. The games you could play, tag, hide and seek tag, the will, kick ball. The sports you could play basketball, baseball, softball, football, cheerleading, track, soccer.
